    We conduct extensive screening on all tenants and handle every aspect of getting your investment rented in the shortest time possible. Credit check, background check, previous rental history, employment verification and Identity Verification.
  • RENT COLLECTION

    We make sure you get paid on time, every time. You no longer have to worry about rent showing up in your bank account. We disburse checks at the bank or via ACH direct deposit into our owner’s accounts. Notices for late payments on rents are sent to delinquent tenants on the Owner’s behalf.
  • MAINTENANCE & INSPECTIONS

    We conduct property inspections at move-in and again prior to renewal and provide additional inspections if the property exterior is not being kept up. Maintenance and upkeep of the property will be performed as specified in your property maintenance plan.
  • FINANCIAL REPORTING

    With our detailed financial reporting tools and online owner portal, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. Monthly income and expense statements are uploaded into your Owner portal. We also supply year-end and 1099 statements for tax purposes.
