With more than 50 years of experience in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Project-Based Section 8, HOME, PSH/PBV and other programs and initiatives, our managed communities include more than 80 affordable and subsidized properties.
Many of our properties involve mixed funding sources that require an understanding of various programs. For this, we have an in-house Compliance Department dedicated to handling program compliance requirements.
